About
kathryn hall
LICSW-S/LCSW, RPT-S

practice co-owner & therapist
Kate began her career in child advocacy, spending years sitting with children in the hardest moments of their lives. That work shaped everything about how she shows up as a therapist: patient, attentive, with the knowledge that healing is possible.
Much of her work with adults is tending to the younger version of them still carrying old wounds or old ways of being that no longer fit. She believes you don't need a trauma history to get something out of therapy - if you've ever felt stuck, unseen, or like you can't quite find yourself, you can benefit. Outside the office, you'll find her spending time with family, in the garden, deep in a great story or a D&D campaign, or hunting for the coziest place she can travel to next.

About
Ashley moore
LICSW

Practice co-owner & therapist
Ashley's path into therapy began in Ecuador, where she worked in a group home supporting children and families through some of life's most complex challenges. She is a fierce advocate for her clients, and her style is deeply relational. She brings warmth and realness in equal measure, and won't let you stay comfortable being stuck, which is probably why teens tend to love her.
Ashley is fully bilingual and provides therapy in both English and Spanish, making her one of the few therapists in the Huntsville area who can offer fluent Spanish-language care. When she's not in the office, you'll find her with her family, on the yoga mat, or in the kitchen baking something worth sharing.

About
Desiree Gebler
LICSW
therapist
Desiree spent years as a flight attendant, crisscrossing the globe and sitting with people from every walk of life. That experience left her with a rare kind of steadiness. She is warm, down-to-earth, has a good sense of humor, and has a way of making people feel understood almost immediately. She doesn't see herself as someone with all the answers, but instead thinks of therapy more like two people traveling together, where she's the guide helping you notice where you keep getting stuck, find new routes forward, and recognize the difficult terrain you've already made it through. Her goal is to create a space where you can show up as your whole, imperfect self with no judgment and no pressure to say the "right" thing.

Desiree works primarily with adults, with a particular focus on caregiver stress for those who have found themselves responsible for the aging or medically complex. She works with PTSD, anxiety, and depression and is trained in EMDR. She also has experience working with children. When she's not in the office, you can usually find her camping, kayaking, or playing with her dog.
Services

Individual & Couples Therapy
We offer individual & couples therapy with a relational, person-centered approach, tailoring each session to your needs. Together we have a range of experience and training, and our work draws from EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, CBT, somatic therapy, PCIT, MATCH, the Gottman method (for couples) and play therapy (for children). We are passionate about helping clients heal, build coping skills, improve relationships, and connect more fully with themselves.
Parenting Support & PCIT
We often work directly with parents to navigate the challenges and stress that come with raising children. Whether through Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) or parent support sessions, we explore strategies to manage overwhelm, strengthen parent–child relationships, and respond to difficult behaviors with greater confidence and calm.

Play Therapy
Play Therapy is an evidence-based approach for children and teens that uses play as the primary medium for healing and expression. Through therapeutic play, children can work through emotional difficulties, behavioral challenges, and life stressors in a safe, supportive environment. Kate is certified in TraumaPlay™, a play therapy modality designed specifically to help children process and heal from traumatic experiences.
